Dr. Donna Diaz received her Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry from La Salle University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania in 1982. She continued her education at Pennsylvania State University in Hershey, Pennsylvania and earned her Doctorate of Medicine in 1990. Dr. Diaz completed her residency at The Ohio State University and has hospital affiliations at Riverside Methodist Hospital, St. Ann’s Hospital, Ohio State University Hospital and Knightsbridge Surgery Center.
Dr. Diaz specializes in gynecology, menopausal issues, basic infertility, non-invasive tubal ligation, endometrial ablation and diagnostic hysteroscopy/D&C. Dr. Diaz lives in Columbus with her husband and four children.
